Waughtown Kids-R-Us, affectionately known as "Kids-R-Us," is a family-owned, state-licensed, 5-star childcare center located on the busy south side of Winston-Salem, NC. A staple in the community since 1996, we have served hundreds of families through our commitment to quality childcare and education. Our staff of professionals is committed to the development of the whole child as we prepare our children and their families for their future educational endeavors.
